7.0We only stayed for one night and arrived very late, but overall the resort made a great first impression. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a very well-designed setting.
− Unfortunately, there were two important downsides. First, the sound insulation between rooms is poor. We could clearly hear normal footsteps and movement from the room above us, which kept waking us up during the night. The guests above were not being noisy—it was simply a matter of inadequate soundproofing. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect much better insulation. The second issue was the lack of cooked vegan and gluten-free food options. In 2026, these dietary requirements are well established, and a 4-star hotel should be able to offer at least a few suitable meals. The staff did their best to help, but there was very little they could actually prepare.
