10.0The room decoration was very nice, and the location of the hotel is very close to the center. Our room also had a whole additional section with a private outside area to sit.
− The air condition was noisy and did not cool the room very well. And there was no mini fridge for water bottles.
Location, Host, Room - all perfect.
10.0Fabulous place for history lovers. Perfect location at fair price. Cosy room with everything you need. Nice living room with the fireplace - in the common guests area. The rooms are located in the building built in 1400. Underneath the building there is newly established archeological museum (due to newly discovered roman time structures). Additionally I would like to say a word of the Host, Sarah. Who made my stay extremely pleasant not only because of the hotel, where she was helping me feel home, but also helping me to solve our logistics issue that was almost impossible to solve for a tourist- getting to Puccini festival (40 mins drive from Lucca and back after the fest) when the transfer didn’t work, and taxis cancelled as it was too far and backwards drive to late. So Sarah helped me to get there through her personal network. So thanks again for everything!! I will definitely be back for other stays there🩷

10.0I liked the location, the historic Puccini theme, and the lovely Beautiful place.
− The place was amazing, the only thing I was disappointed or confused about was that the hotel reads B & B and hotel suites through their website and Booking as well stated that rooms came with breakfast available, but when we checked in, the staff informed us that there was no breakfast available at the Hotel. Minor issue, but other than everything else was great.

The property has only one private parking space, available upon prior request and subject to confirmation by the property, at a cost of €20 per day. The parking is not included in the room rate.

Guests arriving by car may temporarily access the property to unload luggage. The vehicle plate number can be provided at check-in to allow access to the limited traffic zone (ZTL), in accordance with local regulations.
Check-in is by appointment only. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.
