9.0Lovely country location not far from Washpen Falls. We stayed in the Stablehands Quarters, which was charming, characterful and comfortable.

− Rat droppings and flies under several beds, dressers and window sills.
Comfortable, easy for a group of friends, lovely and quiet - loved waking up to birdsong.

− It was a bit chilly! The people staying next door arrived and left in the dark, we could hear them walking around and heard their alarm go off at 5:30am
Great hosts, delicious home cooked breakfast, comfortable stay in character filled property.
9.0It is a stunning heritage home with a really warm heritage feeling. Room was comfortable, warm and had our own ensuite. Great set up. Quiet and private. Your traditional Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
− The wifi struggled through the thick walls of the rooms, which we were advised about. So not an issue for us, but for some, they may find it frustrating.

3.0Not alot other than the well stocked fire
− We arrived late and as per instructions expected the French doors to be unlocked, they were not. There was also no soap or toilet paper on arrival nd nothing available until the next morning. Once we got soap and toilet paper we had a shower only to discover a significant shower leak than spoiled onto the the wooden staircase. My partner slipped and hurt himself on the stairs. We booked and paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1
