Owner stood usmup
2.0The owner or manager was not there when we tried to check in after a long hot day of bussing to the guesthouse. When our lovely taxi driver called, we found out the owner was in Agadir. When I said to the owner, That's a problem, he said rudely, I don't have a problem, you have a problem. Mistakes happen but that rudeness was completely indefensible.
reservation hat nicht funktioniert
2.0expedia had messed up the reservation, found another riad, very nice. will never use expedia again...staff was super helpful to correct the mistake
Wunderschönes Riad im Zentrum von Taroudant
10.0Die Wegbeschreibung hat uns schnell zum Riad geführt, wo wir herzlich willkommen geheißen wurden. Zwar ist unsere Buchung im System verloren gegangen, doch hat sich das Personal sehr bemüht, uns ein gleichwertiges Zimmer zu organisieren (hat geklappt). Das Riad liegt sehr zentral und ist gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett, die Zimmer sauber und großzügig, die Dachterrasse wunderschön und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt dort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

10.0Czysty i elegancki hotel utrzymany w lokalnym stylu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, oznaczone dojście. Śniadanie smaczne. Dostępny taras podświetlany wieczorami
