− Unfortunately, the room was not properly clean and hot water was not always available. In addition, there was a very unpleasant episode: one day a staff member entered the room and removed a sofa because it was needed as a sofa bed elsewhere, without any prior notice or consent.

− It was a building site with a digger in front of the room; there are building a swimming pool; there was also the continued noise of tile cutting. There is no fridge and no safe in the room. The service is not good: even the rubbish has not been collected daily. The restaurant has a very slow service: I ordered fish and wait ed 90 minutes, I then went to eat else where.

8.0La struttura ha camere grosse e pulite. La colazione a buffet è adatta a tutti i palati. La spiaggia davanti all'hotel (basta attraversare la strada) non fornisce lettini.
Not Worth The Price
1.0We liked only the private beach and the breakfast. That's it. Staff Service: Good
− 1. Room: Bad quality. Not cleaned properly. There was sand in the room, dust particles in the bed. 2. Facility: AC stopped working after a while and it was said that they fixed it when we came back the next day, but the whole AC was removed and kept. After requesting the 2nd time they gave us another room. 3. Surprises: there was a dead lizard in the bathroom, which would have gone when cleaned properly. But cleaning was bad, hence it was there when we checked in to the replacement room. 4. Bathroom: felt like a century old pipes and shower heads. I understand these ruin due to hard water, but when it is cleaned atleast once in a month these shower and taps will function properly. 5. Food: Very costly and definitely not worth the price. We had buffet along with our package, even that was not so good. Breakfast was good, that's the only thing in food that was tasty. Symphony is an old resort, and they have good reviews everywhere, maybe we got a bad room, not sure, but our replacement room was decent but bathrooms were crappy. They need to work on cleanliness more and address the customer issue promptly without hesitation. Definitely not worth the price.
