4.0The air conditioning was awesome and the gentleman who took care of us was very pleasant
− The beds were horrible super thin and so lumpy you could barely lay down. Went to take a shower in the morning and the drain was stopped up so before you could finish the whole bathroom was flooded badly. Had to go to the front at 8:00 in the morning she reported in the gentleman just gave me towels and asked me to clean the water up and said he'd tell management. Went to check out and told the second gentleman at the desk and he said he knew nothing about it. This was a handicap room it should have been well maintained.

10.0This hotel is clean. The Staff is fantastic and professional and friendly and go out of the way to make you comfortable. Randall the manager makes sure everyone is taking care and is Happy.

− The room smelled like cigarettes smoke. We bought spay didn't help. Open back door to look out cigarettes smokers on terrace, caused the smell to come in room. The front desk said that there wasn't any thing he could do about it.

− The bed was a little hard, but not so bad you couldn't sleep on it.
