Emplacement parfait rien a dire

− Nous avions réservés la suite superieure 4 adultes avec jacuzzi (sur booking photo de la grande suite av jaccuzi sur la terasse je lavais reserve pr les 10 ans de mes jumelles ) Nous sommes 2 adultes et 3 enfants Nous sommes arrivés vers 11h du soir et avec les retards de vol et compagnie nous avions qu'une hâte arriver a l'hôtel et faire un jacuzzi sauf que pas de jacuzzi Je descend a la réception et le réceptionniste me dis il nya personne reviens demain matin Je lui dis malgré qu'il soit 11h du soir je paye pr cette nuit donc je veux la chambre pour laquelle je paye . Il a appeler la manager et ns a changer de chambre sauf qu'il n'y a 4 couchages et que nous sommes 5 Le lendemain ils ns ont rajouter un lit supplémentaire Les lits sont des planches de bois j'ai eu mal au dos pendant des jours et des jours impossible de dormir et surtout hotel on ne peut plus bruyant avec les cafés et restaurant en bas J'ai pas fini parce que ca c'est la goutte d'eau....on devait prendre un bateau de croisiere le dimanche et le samedi soir nous avions prévus de sortir pr l'anniversaire de mes filles sauf que le samedi la réceptionniste nous interpelle en nous disant que le taxi que nous avions commandés pr 11h le lendemain ne pouvait pas nous prendre qu'il fallait impérativement quitter l'hôtel a 6h30 du mat car a 7 h les routes fermes toutes Elle a prévenu aussi d'autre clients qui devait prendre la croisiere (en gros paas le droit au ptit dej pas le droit a notre soirée car faut se lever a 5h du mat bref faut imaginez la déception...

Bonne adresse pour la localisation, très bon confort.

La localisation, le petit déjeuner, le confort en particulier SdB très bien.

− La configuration un peu étrange des lieux: suite avec petite chambre et grand salon. L’inverse eut été mieux.

− 1. We stayed in the Caravaggio suite on the top, fourth floor, a deluxe suite with balcony and private outside pool, but the pool was nowhere to be found. There was a large bath tub inside instead. 2. There is a bar next door that plays very loud music until 1:00 am and it resonates in the bedroom. 3. The mattress is so incredibly hard I thought I was lying on a box spring. Hard to look forward to a good night’s sleep after walking around Rome knowing that the bed was going to be so hard and the boom, boom, boom from next door was going to be loud. 4. Some of the towels were stained. 5. The shower had good water flow but it didn’t drain properly. 6. To access the room you have to go through two sets of hallways and doors that were constantly being slammed by people coming and going. You can hear the slamming all day long. 7. The daily breakfast was subpar, offering cheap pastries, cheap savory choices and not a fresh squeezed juice in sight. 8. On checkout day we attempted to bring these issues up with the clerk on duty but she immediately got defensive. We told her the room was loud at night and she argued that it was the best room in the hotel and that, well, it was in a loud area. Picture her in your head, her black hair and bright red lipstick, speaking in a combatant voice. We soon realized the attempt at a conversation with her was pointless. 9. On Friday, July 31, the hotel posted a sign alerting guests about a taxi protest on Saturday and Sunday and suggested that guests secured a ride to the airport with their limo contacts for $65 Euros to prevent headaches. We asked three different cab drivers on Saturday and none of them knew about this protest. A set rate to the airport is $55. 10. There were ants on the floor, both in the bedroom and in the sitting area. 11. The refrigerator is wide but not deep at all. We had to take out their drinks so we could put ours in. If you are planning on keeping a lot of items cold, this is not the refrigerator for you.
