− Klarer Hinweis bei Buchung, dass Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon bedeuten kann, direkt über dem Außenbereich des Hotels (Geräuschpegel) zu sein und am Hotel sowohl im Außenbereich als auch innerhalb Bauarbeiten stattfinden
