6.0I really want to give this hotel a decent review because most of the people working there were very nice but the hotel was definitely not worth the money we paid. Positives: Room was nice and had a small outdoor patio The soaps and shampoos provided are Aqua de Parma-loved it Daily towel service and turn down service Shuttle to the port area-at will Negatives: Breakfast was always the same and they may have not even made the salads they served fresh everyday There were bees that were always there at breakfast making it uncomfortable Service was very slow--i asked for milk with my coffee and they brought out only the coffee by the time the milk came out coffee was cold. Shower had mildew in crevices Safe did not work for 2 days--we had to leave valuables with front desk. Service regarding the safe was cumbersome because it changed our plans and restricted us--eventually they switched out but don't know why they couldnt do that on day one. Lighting in room was very dark making it hard to get ready in the evenings Overrall it was okay--i wouldn't stay here again
