4.0The breakfast was horrible, just a cornflakes. Dirty surface and cutlerys. Bad smell everywhere. Mouldy bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room size was good.

8.0Bathroom was shabby and no hot water could be found in the sink but the room was clean and mattress comfortable. The blind in the room was broken so more light came in than was kept out but didnt bother me much. Staff was friendly and accomodating however the place stunk of weed but it isnt 5 star so downsides expeted

10.0The location was excellent. I needed somewhere to break my journey walking along the towpath of the Trent-Mersey canal, and this motel is only a mile north of the canal, at the midway point between the Anderton Boat Lift and the end of the canal at Preston Brook. I don't think I would have been able to complete the walk without its being where it is. Facilities were good (like an Extended Stay property, with a kitchen; bed was comfortable; convenience shop nearby was a bonus.

8.0Room was a little tired and could go with some simple DIY. Clean and spacious. Good value for money.
