10.0El hotel un 10. Muy cómodo, la piscina y los toboganes para los niños muy bien, la animación genial, la comida muy variada, con muchísima fruta y mucho donde elegir en general. Genial que hubiese leche para los niños en la cena. Alguna vez se formaron colas en el comedor pero iban rápido y enseguida entrabas. Aperitivo en la piscina incluido en el todo incluido. También dejan toallas para la piscina. La habitación con un baño y un aseo. La limpieza también bien. Unicado justo enfrente de la playa. Ninguna pega. Repetiríamos sin duda.
− Hubiese preferido que estuviese situado más cerca del Castillo de Peñíscola ya que por aquella zona hay más ambiente para dar una vuelta después de cenar, hay tiendas y por esta zona apenas hay nada y queda a unos 2 km que para ir andando con niños se hace un poco lejos. La playa también nos gustó más hacia la zona del Castillo, que para los niños es más cómoda porque no tiene desnivel al entrar ni piedras y hay que andar bastante para que te cubra, al contrario que en la zona que queda enfrente del hotel. De todas formas hay un bus urbano que se coge a pocos metros del hotel y pasa muy frecuentemente y en menos de 5 minutos te pones en aquella zona.

7.0Las instalaciones en general están bien, aunque la zona de la piscina quizá se queda algo pequeña para tanta gente.
− Las comidas eran de poca calidad, además había poca variedad y se repetía bastante entre días.

9.0El personal es muy amable, muy atento. Hay mucha limpieza.
− Estuvimos en una habitación del apartahotel una persona adulta y dos adolescentes, y sólo había menaje para dos personas, y un solo vaso. Error mío fue decírselo el primer día al personal de recepción, y no insistir en ello, porque toda la semana tuvimos el mismo material.
