Theft By Front Desk or Housekeeping Employee
2.0It seems that this hotel employs criminals or thieves, as either the front desk or housekeeping employee had helped themselves with perhaps around $250 worth of EUR, USD, and BRL from my travel wallet. I left bags with the front desk on Saturday morning for eight hours, and then housekeeping cleaned the room on Sunday. The money was left on either of these occasions. Luckily, these crooks don’t appear to understand the value of other currencies I had in the wallet, such as 10K YEN notes, as these hadn’t been taken. So, if you plan to stay at this Mr & Mrs Smith and Hyatt-affiliated property, expect the employees to rampage through your stuff and steal any valuables you may have.
