3.0早餐的食物不太好吃，面包点心是廉价餐厅的水平
− 1，门口的服务员在门口站着，既不帮忙拎行李，也不和客人打招呼，而且我下车时脚扭到了，他们也没过来。 2，存行李的柜台遇到中国客人还说英语，虽然我们可以英语交流，看人种选择服务语言是服务人员基本的素养吧。 3，在乐园玩完不会把行李送到乐园门口，还要回酒店取行李才能离开，没有上海的迪士尼方便。

10.0Character experiences were great!
− Operating hours should be timed a little better for those who have check outs at 8am and/or who arrive before check in at 3pm. Most things were closed and didn't open until 3pm so you had to just wait around. I found the theming of Explorers and Hollywood to be much better. It was lacking the extra magic that you'd expect from the main Disneyland hotel. Only one photopass person working and very specific times. Shop isn't open early enough to drop off postcards to send. Pool shut down constantly. At least twice while we went one afternoon.

10.0The pools are fabulous and always staffed with lots of life guards. Live music and characters in the lobby are magic. The staff are amazing, they try to remember you and your preferences from day to day.

10.0Everything about The Disneyland Hotel was perfect from start to finish. We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight and were able to store our luggage and use the resort facilities throughout the day. The staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful. All restaurants we attended were excellent. The characters attending restaurants was great for the kids and really made the experience fun! The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was a little firm. Views from rooms was lovely. Hotel facilities were amazing.
