5.0The building at Mandir Palace is beautiful and relatively clean, with a lot of character. One staff member who looked after us during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was exceptional and made us feel genuinely welcomed—he really stood out and enhanced our stay.
− The overall experience fell short in several areas. The WiFi connection was poor, the pool was not clean, and service in general was lacking. In the reception/communal area, the lights were not turned on, leaving us sitting in the dark for about an hour while waiting for our train, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the repeated calls and messages after we left asking us to leave a review left a negative final impression. The reception staff could benefit from better training to ensure guests feel more welcomed and attended to.

They could do way better with the beautiful property they have.
8.0staff was not at all trained to deal with guests. They did not tell us about the museum and food tables at dinner were dirty
