− - es gibt kein warmes Wasser - Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig - die Betten waren recht hert - das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und stinkt - Im Zimmer gibt es recht wenig Steckdosen.

− Pool laut Beschreibung und Realität liegen weit auseinander, King Size Bett bei Buchung angefragt aber Anfrage wurde NIE bearbeitet und daher 2 Einzelbetten

1.0位置一般，離機場20分鐘車程
− 態度極差，變相多收錢，像黑店一樣。去程因在曼谷轉機訂了一晚家庭間（大概是這個名字，一雙人床+1單人床），預訂時只輸入的2成人，沒有加孩子，入住時被告知沒有預訂房型了，給升級了所謂的3床間（3張0.9米單人床），但事後查了平台價格其實比我預訂房型還要便宜，這叫upgrade？且房間空調是正對著床吹，如此反人類的設計實在是少見。因只是中轉1晚也就認了。回程曼谷轉機特意預訂了一間僅次於行政套房的房型，前台入住時被告知因還有1名小孩要加收600銖，我說可以不加床，預訂房型的一張大床足矣，但前台說就算不加床使用現有大床也要再收400銖。無奈只能支付了600加床費，可是進到房間居然是和我們去程時住的一模一樣的3床間，前台辯稱因為我預訂的房型不能加床所以只能換成3床間。如果早說明是這樣，那我選擇downgrade就好了，畢竟我預訂的房型在平台上是僅次於套房的，結果被downgrade了還要extra charge，且態度極差。第二天check out因退押金需要查房還故意拖延了很長時間。去過泰國很多地方住過將近上百個酒店還從未有過如此差的經歷。看到評論的盡量避免選擇這裏吧！
