− 1. Outside street noise enters the rooms easily.Internal water outlet pipes make loud, disruptive sounds. 2. The single AC unit is too small for the entire apartment.The unit is in poor condition, very loud, and vibrates heavily during operation, creating safety and comfort concerns. 3. The refrigerator is outdated and emits a loud operating noise.The sofa bed quality is low and uncomfortable for sleeping.

8.0Gute Lage im Zentrum, nahe zum Bahnhof, Hafen und Tram di Opicina. Appartment mit ausreichend Platz im Appartment und kompletter Ausstattung inkl. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc.
− Kühlschrank sehr laut, wir mussten ihn in der Nacht abschalten. WC Spülung funktioniert nicht richtig (bleibt hängen).
Auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet, wenn man kein stylishes Hotel benötigt.

− Kommunikation nur via whatsapp - check-out erst ab 8:30 uhr möglich. Ausblick nur auf den Innenhof.

5.0Größe und Schnitt der Wohnung, Lage, hell durch viele Fenster, bequeme Betten
− Großer Minuspunkt ist das Bad, alt aber auch zu ungepflegt durch kaputte Fliesen, rostige Stellen und die Dusche ist grausig mit Kalk und Schimmelflecken (absolut keine 4-Sterne wert). Küche könnte auch sorgfältiger gereinigt werden.
