10.0The location is perfect. The pedestrian zone is within 10 minutes walking distance where all the bars and restaurants are. You can even walk to the train-station if you feel like it. The terrace where breakfast is served is marvellous. If you get lost, Hotel Bristol is right across and everybody knows that hotel. Happened to me when the gps did not work, google maps is stalled during alerts, which happen daily.
− The only minus: there were no plugs to charge the phone near the bed.
An elegant sophisticated hotel with a high class feel.
9.0The hotel is a very elegant historical building with a beautiful staircase and reception area. The two main receptionists were exceptional at their job. Both spoke excellent English and they accommodated every reasonable request. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The location is perfectly located in the historical centre, but on a quiet street.
− Obviously there was sleep disruption from the war. The inner courtyard occasionally became a late night, into the early morning meeting point for smokers and noisy conversations.

10.0Дуже задоволені перебуванням в даному готелі. Гарна локація, дуже гарний готель, з приємним дизайном. Номер в готелі зручний, є все необхідне, і все у відмінній якості та зручне. Ніхто не турбував, і щодня ретельно прибирали. Сніданки дуже смачні та різноманітні. Окрема подяка адміністратору за його роботу!
