Zeer teleurstellend verblijf!

− De kamer kwam niet overeen met de verwachtingen. De douche heeft een glazen wand naar de slaapkamer, waardoor je tijdens het douchen volledig zichtbaar bent voor je reisgenoten. Dit was op geen enkele manier duidelijk uit de foto's of beschrijving van de kamer. Daarnaast werkte de airconditioning niet, terwijl de kamer als voorzien van airconditioning wordt aangeboden. Op een warme dag, op de tweede verdieping, was de kamer daardoor door de hitte vrijwel niet te gebruiken. Booking.com kreeg het hotel telefonisch niet te pakken. Pas nadat ik zelf voor de zoveelste keer naar de receptie ging, kreeg ik een schriftelijke toezegging dat het verblijf wordt terugbetaald. Eerst zien, dan geloven!
Ein kleines Hotel in guter Innenstadtlage eignet sich bestens für Kurzreisen. Wir kommen wieder.

8.0L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il possède la climatisation, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en Allemagne. La chambre était propre et joliment décorée. Le petit déjeuner était d'excellente qualité.
− Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et la chambre était au 2e étage.

8.0Zimmerausstattung mit Klimaanlage und Hotel gut gelegen. Frühstück sehr reichlich. Schnelles checkin.
− Duschtür defekt und alt. Klimaanlage geht nur wenn fernbedienung direkt darunter bestätigt wird. Kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Enge Staße schwer beim be und entladen.
