− Had to wake up the Mgr at 11 p.m. after getting back to our room and our key wouldn't work to get into our room. Mgr's master key wouldn't work either . He offer another room, but our stuff was in that room. Mgr. took the screen off and opened the window, climbed through into our room, but then the door still wouldn't open. We could have been locked in. Anyway, after some fussing with the lock they finally got it open and we were able to go in.
Needs lots of improvements would never stay there again
3.0Wasn’t much to like about the place gold and dated
− Was not very clean shower curtains had mold on them.
Chose to go home and sleep at our house, went back the next day and turned in the key
3.0Location was good, didn't really like anything else about it
− When I went to check in, my disabled child had her day nurse with us to help settle my daughter into the room, the person at the desk wanted to know what agency the nurse worked with, nurse wasn't staying, just helping for a few minutes, person at the desk used an angry voice at me, I travel a lot with my child as well as with a helper or a nurse, for the daytime it has never has been an issue before. In the room the floor needed to be moped, the outside top of fridge needed to be cleaned and one of the towels was grey not very white
