6.0Hotel war frisch Renoviert und somit echt schön. Die Bar im EG hat sehr schöne Sitz Möglichkeiten. Hatten Meerblick gebucht, das Zimmer war aber nicht bereit als wir ankamen, wurden dann in das hintere Haus verfrachtet. Als Ausgleich für den vorher bezahlten Aufpreis, erhielten wir einen Verzehr Gutschein. Hätte mir da mehr Kulanz gewünscht, indem wir einfach unser Geld wiederbekommen hätten. Außerdem hatten wir am Ersten Tag eine Obstplatte auf unser Zimmer bekommen, die selbe Obstplatte stand dann 4 Tage in unserem Zimmer, die Zimmer-Reinigung hat die Platte nicht mitgenommen. Somit wurde die Platte mit jedem Tag schimmliger.

10.0Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Essen super lecker, Lage vom Hotel perfekt. Personal extrem freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber. Wir haben gehört dass das Hotel demnächst renoviert wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

6.0The location is excellent, right on the beach! Hotel is clean. The staff at front desk were very helpful. However, the staff (short blond women and the tall/skinny guy) in the dinning room were in the combat mode rather in the service mode. We brought the breakfast and dinner package via Expedia, but no one mentioned to us any drink wasn’t part of the package although it’s the buffet. They neither presented the list of the drinks nor asked English speaking staff for help, instead speaking Spanish so loudly in the dinning room and I was literally asked if we had money, in English. NOT ACCEPTABLE. To put things in perspective, since we don’t drink, the cost for the drinks were about 5 Euro, like the cost to one ice cream. This were on for 3 dinners out 5. They need to be retrained. Clearly, there was a language barrier, but more importantly it was the attitude, as we travel around the world, language barrier becomes much less issue nowadays.
