Schönes, sauberes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück, aber mangelnde Kommunikation rund um den geschlossenen Spa und fehlende In
6.0Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die im Vorfeld bestellten Extras (Obst und ein Prosecco) haben sehr gut funktioniert – eine schöne Geste. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Das Hotel ist zudem optisch ansprechend und stilvoll eingerichtet.
− Zu unserer gebuchten Junior Suite waren 2 Stunden Spa-Nutzung inklusive. Auf der Homepage gab es keinerlei Hinweis darauf, dass der Spa-Bereich geschlossen ist, und auch beim Check-in wurden wir nicht darüber informiert – erst auf eigene Nachfrage erfuhren wir davon. Die inkludierte Spa-Zeit konnten wir somit gar nicht nutzen, ohne dass uns dafür eine Entschädigung oder Entschuldigung angeboten wurde. Zusätzlich kosten Poolhandtücher extra, und zur Minibar gab es keinerlei Information über Inhalt und Preise. Auch das WLAN-Passwort lag nicht im Zimmer auf. Zudem war es nicht erlaubt, eigenes mitgebrachtes Essen im Hotel zu verzehren, und im Zimmer haben wir Spinnenweben entdeckt.
