The duty manager handled our issue very well and we got upgraded without any fuss.

− The hot water in our original unit did not work.
I had a lovely time at Spicers Balfour reduced only slightly by the stress of getting in and out of the car park.
8.0The location was lovely, food was exceptional and room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
− The car park was extremely pokey and I expected more from a five star property. There was also quite a bit of noise heard in the room from the restaurant in the early mornings and late at night.
