9.0I loved the hotel’s simple yet elegant atmosphere. Our Junior Suite, with two bedrooms and a living room, was spacious and very comfortable. A special thanks to Act and Alam for their outstanding hospitality! They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. They genuinely cared about our comfort and regularly checked to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay special. Both are a real asset to the hotel!
− Although the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, I feel the rooms could benefit from a fresher, more pleasant scent. Using lightly scented cleaning products or a subtle room fragrance would make the overall experience even better.
