Excellent hotel - great location and friendly service.
8.0Ambiance of the hotel - the food (breakfast and dinner) and location.
− We were disappointed the two rooms were so far apart but it was fully booked.
Lovely stay in Central Conwy
10.0Castle is located inside city walls, with its own parking lot. Close to the castle. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, and with welsh beer on tap. Breakfast is delightful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitively be booking here again when coming back to Conwy.
− The building is historic and as such is confined with regards to changes. To access the parking lot, you must traverse a very narrow alley/coach and horse passage. Not a problem with most cars, I have an mid-sizeSUV and made it through, but bigger cars might prefer to park elsewhere. This is not a negative of the hotel, more an advice to future guest.
The hotel has a lovely vibe but it’s the staff who made it a truly special stay! Thank you to them!
10.0It’s a lovely building with slightly corny pictures to add to the mock medieval vibe, but felt warm, friendly and comfortable.
− Not really. The door to the room was a little fiddly to lock/ unlock. Also, an option for firm pillows please!
Great stay, staff were so helpful. Lovely room
9.0Location and staff
− Outside area requires tidying up
