10.0The staff here are absolute angels! When I was on my way from the airport, the driver got completely lost. The hotel team stepped in and kept calling him to figure out the directions. Then, out of nowhere, the driver just dropped me off at a random intersection and left! But the hotel didn't leave me stranded—they literally sent someone to find me and walk me back safely. Everyone here is beyond friendly and genuine; they treated me like family the entire time. To top it all off, the location is a 10/10—all the major Old Town attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommended!
Mitten im Geschehen von Istanbul!
9.0Die Lage ist ideal für die Erkundung der wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen. Hagia Sofia, Blaue Moschee, Topkapi Palast sowie der versunkene Palast sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Aussicht vom Balkon im 5. Stockwerk ist genial! Die Tram Station T1 in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war vorwiegend traditionell und vielfältig, der Kaffee ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hatte immer Zeit für ein persönliches Gespräch bzw. hilfreiche Informationen.
− Das Zimmer ist wirklich winzig und dadurch fühlt man sich etwas eingeengt. Es gibt praktisch keine Ablage-Flächen und sogar die Nachttische sind auf einer Höhe angebracht wo man sie nicht benutzen kann. Daß man vom Muezzin um 6 Uhr allmorgendlich unsanft aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird sollte einem bewußt sein. Es intensiviert die orientalische Atmosphäre.

9.0Posizione centralissima,vista spettacolare,vicino a tutta la parte storica,staff gentile e disponibile.

6.0Location was perfect. As booked got a panoramic view. Although our free 1st day water bottle was taken away before we finished using it they replaced it and didn’t charge us.
− Panoramic view room when booked had a balcony. Our room didn’t have one. Breakfast wasn’t included in panoramic view booking. €25 euro was too steep for options and quality of breakfast. Quite sure our bed had bed bugs. No iron in the room.
