2.0The place was crawling with ants the cleaners never cleaned only turned the beds down and put coffee by the kettle ... also this hotel has 2 pools and both wasent clean they was green and dirty if u are gonna stay in pattaya pay the extra cause this hotel is far from comfy and welcoming

2.0The staff are rude and I the rooms are in really bad condition I told the staff my bathroom is leaking and they didn’t care at all and if you leave the room for 5 minutes they will come in your room and turn off the air conditioner
