Cheap and cheerful stay.
6.0The location was superb!! We were only minutes from outstanding bakeries, restaurants and all main sites! The staff were helpful and friendly, the premises felt safe which was important for our family.
− The locations is LOUD!! Be aware the bells of the church go every 30mins even through the night!!! The mattress was uncomfortable and the room smelt a little damp but these are things that go with the price tag so you can't really complain too much!!

8.0I like how close it is to everything and the staff are really friendly and value for money was good
− They didn’t have a lift (unsure if this is stated in the property advertisement) I was on the 3rd floor and was a struggle to get my luggage up. Bathroom needs some tlc but again was cheap so you get what you pay for.

− My room was extremely small, so small that I couldn’t open up my luggage. The bed was tiny, uncomfortable and sheets low quality.
Great location, particularly for metro and buses. Rooms adequate and staff helpful.

− The corridors have pretty many carpet which was off-putting and the light on the 2nd floor didn't come on. Stairs were steep to get luggage up and down. Better labelling of which external keyboard to use: I could work it out at midnight and I later helped others who were confused.
