8.0The room and beds were nice and the location was interesting, but the room was extremely hot and there was no way for us to adjust. The electrical outlet for the kettle didn't work, and instructions in the room told us to go to another address for breakfast but we were told at that address to go back to Angel House. That said, the breakfast was very good.

6.0We were not welcomed because we didn’t respond to an email that we did not get till it was time to leave! His tone was annoyed and accusatory. Parking is a challenge and the stairs and size of both the bed and bathrooms are not for stout people. The bedroom closet was converted into a bathroom where you can literally wash your hands while sitting on the loo. The water pressure was poor. Room for only one small toiletry bag. We suggest you add some hooks to the doors and a shelf over the toilet. Our room had a full size bed which was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was continental style, but quite good and filling.
