8.0The room was clean but very out dated. It had the basic ammenities (one room has no fridge and another room has a fridge). Staff were nice and available to help with issues. I wish the staff could monitor parking better. I had to find my own parking spot the first stay because the lot was filled for tourism purposes. That part I did not like because I paid for parking (at a higher rate than a tourist). I had to wait until someone left. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. I left around 0830hrs hoping to see the staff for the good snacks they provide but no one was available. So, quick checkout and empty stomach.

2.0They charged me $10 for parking another $100 deposit i haven't received back room had a previous occupancy one bed had already been slept in overall horrible experience
