Please note that, a compulsory New Year's Eve Supplement will apply for all bookings staying through 31 December. Supplement is not included in the room rates. Kindly contact the resort in advance otherwise, guest will be charged directly upon arrival.
Room availability and rates are for individual bookings only. Bookings above 5 rooms will not be accepted as they will be considered a group. Therefore please contact One&Only The Palm directly for any group inquiries.
A valid credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and must be presented by the card holder upon check-in, accompanied by passport or ID verification. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
