− Les petits déjeuners japonais sont en quantité tellement limitée qu'à 7h30, il n'y en a déjà plus, alors que les heures du petit déjeuner sont 7h-10h

10.0The hotel was in a quiet location and our room was completely silent. We couldn't hear any street noise or any other hotel guests at all. The room was more spacious than I expected. The staff was very kind and friendly. We paid for the breakfast buffet one morning and it was delicious. They had many different breakfast and pastry options and even offered gluten-free bread for toast. They had a relaxation room with 3 massage chairs that massages from your shoulders to the bottom of your feet which was perfect after exploring Tokyo all day. The hotel is just around the corner (3-minute walk) from a transit station which was very convenient. They had a laundry room with washers and dryers and a nice cold water bottle fill-up station.
− The bed was very firm and was not comfortable. The pillows were thin/flat and should be replaced.

10.0This City Hotel gives countryside vibes set in stunning gardens with lovely trees and water features. The staff are excellent even when under pressure and very busy. Excellent laundry facilities, massage beds were free to use. The Western buffet breakfast was excellent.
− There isn’t anything to not like. Everything has been thought of, attention to detail is excellent. We choose an entry level room which was 18m2 so it is small, we knew this. Consequently our 3 suitcases and 3 sets of hand luggage needed to be arranged carefully so as not to be a trip hazard. We made it work. The hotel does offer bigger rooms. So consider all options. There are several quiet / zen lounges dotted around so there was always somewhere to sit.

8.0Spacious room and bathroom: Both were large for a big-city hotel. Good air conditioning: The in-room AC worked well. Fast elevators: Minimal waiting time. Plenty of electrical outlets: Conveniently located around the bed. Friendly, English-speaking staff: Front desk staff were welcoming and communicated well in English. Quiet location: A peaceful setting for a comfortable stay.
− Unreliable Wi-Fi in the evening: The connection was very spotty, especially during evening hours.
