8.0La struttura ha un grande potenziale è curatissima pulita posizione ottima vicinanza al mare comoda per chi ha difficoltà a spostarsi. Ho pranzato solo una volta in struttura e quello che ho mangiato era preparato con prodotti freschissimi e buoni.
− La colazione può migliorare magari con prodotti di produzione propria per quanto riguarda dolci e cornetti. Aggiungerei delle varietà di cereali, introdurrei prodotti vegani ed è necessario indicare la lista degli ingredienti e degli allergeni su ogni prodotto da forno esposto. Punterei più su cose fresche e fatte in casa che su prodotti comprati anche per quanto riguarda i salumi e formaggi.
