5.0− Stayed for 4 days and bed linen was not changed once and as it was so hot it should have been, also I was led to believe that it was a walk in shower but it was so small that my 87 year old mother couldn't possibly use the shower as she needs help

A lovely Day at the Riverbank Hotel
10.0Staff were very inviting and very mannered..we were greeted very well on arrival didn't get the ladies name on reception she had short hair and glasses was very helpful and delivered our bags to our roomfor us ..The waiting staff in the bar were very attentive to our table and the food was lovely ..Overall we had a lovely experience ...
