10.0קודם כל השירות. אין דברים כאלה. ידידותיים, חמים, מסבירי פנים, ממש נותנים הרגשה של בית. המלון מקסים, יש בו הרבה עתיקות, גינון מהמם, ממוקם מעל הים, חוף פרטי לבן ונעים. חדרים קצת קטנים, אבל מיטות נוחות מאוד. מקלחת נוחה. במרחב המלון ישנה גלריית אמנות מהממת, וקומת קריאה עם מאות סרטים להשאלה.
− הגודל של החדר קצת קטן, ופינת השתייה נמצאת בתוך הארון. זה החסרון היחיד שמצאתי.

10.0Jeder Tag im Amarela war wundervoll und am liebsten wären wir nie abgereist. Jede Ecke und jeder Gegenstand hier ist liebevoll, geschmackvoll und praktisch gestaltet. Wir kamen aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus. Es handelt sich um eine relativ kleine Anlage, der es an nichts fehlt. Am zauberhaften Pool waren wir oft alleine und der Blick aufs Meer von dort ist wunderschön. Der Privatstrand ist klein und fein, mit ausreichend Liegen für die vergleichsweise wenigen Gäste. Hier gibt es keine fliegenden Händler oder störende Musik. Einfach herrlich. Das Person ist absolut herzlich. Sie halten das ganze Gelände jeden Tag in einem super Zustand und begrüßen einen Morgens mit dem gleichen herzlichen Lächeln mit dem sie uns Abends nach dem Essen verabschiedet haben. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Es war, als wäre man bei Freunden. Das Hotel ist sehr nachhaltig, ohne Plastikflaschen. Für Ausflüge konnten wir unsere eigenen Flaschen auffüllen lassen. Besonders empfehlen können wir den vom Hotel organisierten Bootsausflug zu den Delfinen und Schildkröten. Der Preis war völlig okay und das Privatboot wartete um 6.00 Uhr morgens am Privatstrand auf uns. Was für ein Luxus! Unsere Guides haben sich sehr bemüht, die Delfine zu finden - mit Erfolg! An einem Abend haben wir ein private Dinner by the Beach bestellt. Alles war so liebevoll und herzlich arrangiert! Wir werden den Abend und den gesamten Aufenthalt für immer in schönster Erinnerung behalten.
− Wenn man unbedingt etwas finden möchte, dann wäre es vielleicht das: Die abendliche Beleuchtung im Restaurant hätte ein bisschen stilvoller/gemütlicher sein dürfen. Essen und Service waren hervorragend! Auf unserem Balkon hätten uns zwei Stühle mit Lehne und kleinem Tischchen besser gefallen als die Bank mit dem relativ großen Tisch.
