10.0The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.
− There are signs posted in the elevators, within the hotel for a grocer store. I went looking to gather some items and there were signs saying 2nd floor and then signs saying 3rd floor. I also got locked out of my facility looking for this grocer. When I finally went to the front desk, I was informed it has been gone for 2 years. I have no idea why all the signs are still up. I counted 5 signs at least. Another thing that was a concern was the access to the front door without using your access card in the evening. There was a man who was screaming outside and walking up and down the sidewalk. He was also walking into the hotel lobby. My husband and I did not leave our room after that.
