1.0Very poor quality of beds. Good sight seeing but no guidence from staff.
− Food and beds. Really bad quality of bed. Had backpain for 20 days after 3 days of stay. Food was heavily overpriced.

9.0Excellent location with stunning views. The premium rooms with balconies were spacious and featured private balconies offering breathtaking scenic views.
− Food prices at the hotel were on the higher side, and there are very few dining options nearby. Although the restaurant offered some discounts, the overall cost was still quite expensive. If the price difference is reasonable, opting for the half-board package would be a better value.
Disappointed stay due to lack of cleanliness
1.0Nothing, really disappointed with their service and facilities
− Very old property without proper maintanance , broken bathroom fixtures, cracked walls around doors that keep falls the mortar and paint chips whenever we close the door, muddy floor tiles that shows there is no proper mopping ..!!...bad room service that we only get things after 30 mins for the basic things... foul smelling toilets and open drains around cottage made our stay horrible..!!...wont recommend this place...!!...only the hotel lobby is well maintained..!!...

7.0Good property and good location. Very safe. Food is good and Buffet is of good quality Staff is very courteous and ready to help Property is Well maintained outdoors.
− Property is old and that can be seen in the actual room. Rooms are very spacious but bathroom is literally very small. Not well maintained when we checked in but after we complained, they took care of that. We can clearly hear sounds from other rooms.
