9.0Staff were professional and check in was fast. Room is very clean and spacious - location very convenient to nearby bars, shops, and restaurants. Close to Suzhou Center, etc. Bed very comfortable and nice views.
− My partner wasn't pleased that there isn't a free laundry service and that the dryer wasn't very good.
