Overall a really good value. Nothing fancy but it was a safe and comfortable place to sleep.
8.0Quiet location. Nothing fancy but definitely not run down or anything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in a good location with options to do what we wanted.

2.0Th front desk crew - two younger ladies - tried everything they could to fix issues and were very helpful. Great attitude!
− Broke air conditioning unit with no solution in 100 degree weather, leaking tub which put water all over the floor, stained carpets and drapery, peeling wallpaper, rusted out hardware, no working bathroom exhaust, non-programmable remotes or working clock, couch in room was leather like cushions that were cracked and worn. It was extremely disappointing. Beware if you are there during a sports tournament - one washer and dryer for the whole complex and two (one broke) slow moving ice machines. We will not be staying at any Holiday Inn express in the near future. The day manager looked confused when we said we were not happy and dying of heat in our room. He begrudgingly offered a one $50 compensation which was ridiculous. Our first EXTREMELY HOT first night should have been refunded. Do better Holiday Inn because this was not it.
