10.0地點離車站超近，附近就有outlet商圈可以逛，比其他地方便宜許多，吃飯的選擇也相當多。 如果要去舊輕井澤商圈或是白絲瀑布，住宿旁邊就是公車站。 公車站對面也有可以租用腳踏車，也有電動的唷！可以騎車到處走走，風景優美。
− 洗澡時，水溫有時會出現忽冷忽熱，但不會很嚴重（我們去的時候是夏天，所以還可以接受），冬天就要多注意一些。
