1.0Only the location otherwise everything was so bad, the toilets, the facilities, the beds agghhhhhh i couldn't sleep, i wouldn't repeat this experience, this hostel should have a new management because the location is so great.
− Everything i didn't like i couldn't have a shower, there's no light in the toilet, the water is so bad.... And so on

5.0Mittendrin im Kiez, ausreichendes Frühstück mit verschiedenen Optionen, direkt an der U-Bahn, nahe Bergmannkiez, sehr bequemes reisen, direkt nebenan bis spät nachts Snacks, Restaurants, Spätis und Imbisse offen
− im Sommer keine AC, sehr warmer Raum mit Fenster zu belebter Strasse und belebten Geschäften bis spät nachts

6.0Typisches Hostel, Personal aber super nett!
− Hatten ein 3 Mann-Zimmer mit einem Doppelstock-Bett. Sollte eigentlich ein Doppelzimmer sein. Es war sehr laut, weil Schulklassen im Hostel. Frühstück war sehr spartanisch.

− El espacio de las habitaciones muy pequeño. Y tuve un inconveniente con una huésped me desperté varias veces utilizando mis cosas me robó unas joyas pero no se hizo nada al respecto.

2.0Leider warten wir bis heute noch auf einen Rückruf . Die Dame die uns das Zimmer zeigte hat unsere Buchung erst einmal nicht gefunden . Dann sollte ich eine Kartei ausfüllen . Leider hat uns hier absolut gar nichts zugesagt . Wir sind also überhaupt nicht dort geblieben . Ich sollte meine Kontaktdaten sowie Bankverbindung angeben und wie ich gezahlt habe . Am darauffolgenden Tag sollte sich jemand bei uns zurück melden und das ist leider bis heute nicht passiert . Wir hatten uns daraufhin selber gemeldet aber die Situation wurde bisher nicht geklärt . Och werde es nocheinmal versuchen .
