6.0I did not receive an email telling me how to get in the front door. Fortunately, a resident came out so I was able to get in and the desk clerk was good about sending me the email I should have received. She also explained hiw to get in the front door—I have never before needed a code to get in the front door of a hotel. The outside of the building was foreboding and the neighborhood was dark. My room was large and clean, very stark with minimalist furniture and hard surfaces everywhere, and an outlet by the bed that did not workk, but I crawled under the TV and managed to plug in a clock and my device chargers.

8.0Clean and comfortable but missing some amenities such as no coffee or tea or shampoo. Would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the shower controls. Hallways could have better lighting as the black paint makes it really dark.

6.0This property is very basic. Staff will only acknowledge you if you need something, otherwise it’s a very self serve experience. The hotel is located very close to bus stop which runs from the airport, so that’s convenient. I booked this hotel as a last minute stop, although it’s clean and relatively quiet, I would not stay here again.
