− Pool and surrounding areas not always clean. Food choice limited
It was convenient for two night’s stay. Anything longer, we would consider elsewhere.
7.0The location of the property suited us as sits in between Totnes and Dartmouth. Parking being included in ideal**
− It was a bit rugged. Nearly bumped my head a few times in the strangely formatted roof surface near the window, which was also right above the beds. The facilities in the room such as the bathroom, shelves, and curtains looked like it needed a bit of TLC. **It was also very popular with golfers, between 10 and 12, the car parking is a full.

8.0The room was very clean, with plenty of coffee's etc, there was a fan in the room aswell which was needed in this heat. The staff were really friendly and helpful
