4.0− I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide sanitary pads for female guests. I believe such basic hygiene products should be available, especially at a hotel of this standard. It’s a small detail, but it makes a difference in how comfortable and welcome female guests feel

5.0La ubicación está muy bien. En el financial district cerca de wall street y a pasos del metro
− Los ascensores muy lentos y siempre full de gente. La habitación muy pequeña, la cama sonaba mucho, el aire acondicionado es de los que están debajo de la ventana y literal te pega directo a la cama, si lo colocas muy caliente da calor y si lo colocas en la temperatura standar te da directo y es muy desagradable. El baño es muy muy pequeño
