8.0Rooms are in need of an update, bathroom also very worn and in need of refurbishment.

2.0Very run down , had to move rooms as the toilet didn’t flush . Dirty and smells very old . Will not return .

8.0Simple furnishings but a very uncomfortable mattress lumpy and bits sticking up so not easy to find a comfortable position to sleep. Relieved I was on my own.

6.0Food, staff, cleanliness were all good. The location very close to a roundabout on a major trunk road very very noisy. The whole place was tatty, stained seats in the dining room, torn carpet at the entrance, odds bits of poorly repaired items in the room, some bits not repaired. My mattress was far far far too soft and uncomfortable.
