Comfortable stay
9.0Breakfast was good and was capable of catering to all tastes and nationalities. Dinner was extremely repetitive as for 3 straight days that I stayed and ate at hotel there was chicken biryani on menu. The other non-veg dishes were nondescript and lacked taste and variety. Rooms are definitely very good and clean. The hotel also has a good feel to it and the staff are very helpful.
− Repetitive food items especially in non-vegetarian section for dinner buffet. Also, at the time of check out I was informed by the reception that the systems were not working and they would send me my tax invoice by email. However, I have not received my tax invoice even after 7 days though payment was made in full at the time of check in itself. Same was the case for dinner where I had to pay and could not sign to my room. For such a premier hotel this is significant deficiency in service and not acceptable.
