1.0Location near to termini.
− The ceiling fan in the family room (Rooms 131 & 132) was not working properly and made a very loud noise. As a result, we were forced to use the inefficient air conditioning, which costs an additional €10 per day. Only one person could take a hot shower at a time because, according to the owner, the entire building has only a 300-liter hot-water tank. The flooring tiles were also broken, and there appeared to be no pest-control measures in place. The owner described the property as a 2-star accommodation, but based on my experience, the actual standard was far below that. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the level of accommodation that was advertised.

10.0Znakomita lokalizacja , do stacji metra około 7 minut spacerem. Bardzo uprzejmi właściciele i pomocni. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże przed zameldowaniem a po wymeldowaniu wskazano nam miejsce w barze , w którym też mogliśmy zostawić bagaże za darmo. Bardzo uprzejmy personel , pokój czysty. Śniadanie w stylu włoskim tuż przy hotelu.
− Minus to problem z odpływem pod prysznicem , woda nie chciała spływać przez co raz pokój został zalany. Problem podobno w całym budynku.

8.0Bonne literie, un peu surprenant qu'il n'y ait pas de réception mais tout est tellement bien expliqué en amont que ce n'est pas un problème.
− Le petit déjeuner dans un restaurant à côté est le point négatif, beaucoup trop sucré à mon goût et pas de choix, il est pré-reservé.

− Le petit déjeuner, pas de choix et très simple un croissant mou et gâteaux et jus que l on trouve en supermarché dommage ne va pas avec l hotel
