Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. "Probleme", falls man das überhaupt so nennen kann, werden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit umgehend gelöst. Das Frühstücksangebot ist hervorragend und findet in einem entspanntem Umfeld, statt, für die Größe des Hotels außergewöhnlich gut.

No air conditioning and no fans! And this is from someone who lives in sub Saharan Africa. Also staff go out of their way to not be helpful except in the restaurant and spa where they are very lovely

The pool area with a big indoor and outdoor pool is really nice, clean and spacious, with a convenient café-bistro and friendly personnel. We really enjoyed our time there. The hotel common areas and facilities in general (apart from the rooms) are very nice. The breakfast was good too.

− The room. We had a so-called "standard" room, which in no case meets the standards of 4-star hotel. And I would be able to accept the outdated furniture, stained carpet, rusty fridge, even the inconvenient, loud mattress. But the lack of air-conditioning or any active ventilation during the heatwave was absolutely brutal. We were not able to sleep at all until 3 am or so, even with our window completely open. The complete lack of understanding and empathy by the reception when I mentioned at the checkout, that we barely managed to get some sleep because of the heat and it should be clearly mentioned in the room description, that there is no air-conditioning, did not make it better. Yes, technically in the room description, air-conditioning is not listed. But one could have at least informed a family with a small kid at the check in, considering that it was 40 °C outside. We would have upgraded it to the 6th floor rooms, that have air-conditioning as we found out, or would have canceled the booking...

das Zimmer war ohne Klimaanlage, in der letzten Nacht habe ich im Bad eine Kakerlake gesehen.

− Das zimmer bräuchte eine Reinigung, der Mann hat nur das Bett gerichtet, das war Alles. Die Tiefgarage ist zu klein. Das hat sogar ein Polizist geäußert. Aber auf seine Vorhaltungen hat die Geschäftsleitung nur gesagt, sie bräuchten die Anzahl der Stellpläzten und würden nicht ändern. Allein inder 1 Woche kam es zu 3 Unfällen. Die Erlebnitzwerlt ist für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht erreichbar.
