A decent place but lacks just a little on customer experience

− Access in and out of property. You have to call for someone to open and close. The heater wasn’t working. The TV not easy to operate and has no smart features eg. YouTube and Netflix.

10.0Great Hotel and great location. The staff was the best I have experienced during my many years of travel around the world. Will definitely use this hotel again when I travel back to Johannesburg. This place capture the essence of luxury and comfort and the warm relaxing jacuzzi was just superb.
