10.0Celebrated my birthday there with family and enjoyed it so much. Francine was very attentive to our needs making the event flow smooth. She even anticipated needs. JP and Eduardo were also helpful.

10.0I stayed overnight last week, and the staff service was excellent—especially the front office, the concierge team (Teejay, Christian, and Bryan), and the F&B staff (Joshua). I highly recommend this hotel.

10.0Nice food and service at their hotel resto - Alejandro’s! Stayed for 2 weeks, and kudos to the services of the FNB team, especially Edward, Grace, Lei, Joshua & RC! 🫶 May mishaps with the last 2 days of our stay in the hotel, but the above mentioned people were too great not to recognize!
