Nice hotel but restaurant staff needs improvement.
6.0The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. This happened two days in a row. We did mention this rude behavior to the supervisor of the restaurant. Additionally, the carpet and floor on the fourth floor was stained and very dirty. Outside the elevator, it seemed like there was a bump and hole in the concrete.
